Intentional Mom life with Jesus: Scheduling, Planning, Productivity, Mindset, Selfcare, Time Management
Do you struggle to manage your time? Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed or mom guilt because everything on your never-ending todo list feels important? Is it a constant struggle to connect with God in your busy life as a stay at home/work from home mom? Do you wish you could find a balance and flow in your mom life? Well momma, I’m glad you’re here! This podcast is here to help you connect with God so that you can balance your life and schedule, get organized, and be that living example as you train up your children in the way they should go. Hi, I’m Sasha Star Robertson. Child of God, Wife, Boymom, and Intentional Living and Biblical Mindset Coach for moms. Shortly after becoming a stay-at-home mom I found myself wondering things like, what is my role, how do I get everything done, how do I find a good schedule or structure my days, where’s the time for God, and where’s the time for me? Trying to do all the things on my own, left me feeling defeated under my own high expectations. Going with the flow of the day left me feeling like I had no real structure, organization, or time. I finally realized that I had to prioritize my time with God, so that everything else could fall into place. Instead of feeling like I’m always so far behind, I now feel organized, productive, confident, and at peace. Once I partnered with God, my mindset towards motherhood and home transformed as Jesus took control of schedule and routines. Together we created an intentionally abundant motherhood plan that I’m excited to share with you! If you are ready to: Partner with God in your motherhood journey. Create a schedule that actually works for YOU. Get organized, find balance, feel productive, and simplify your life. Get in a little selfcare for mom. Spend more time doing the things that matter most to you. Then grab your cold brew or kombucha, strap those kiddos into the car seat, and let’s binge some Mom Life with Jesus. Want to go deeper? In this episode Sasha shares her beliefs and God given understanding of selfcare, aka soulcare. She talks about the worldly version of selfcare, "you cannot pour from an empty cup" and invites you into exploring what scripture says about living from the "peace that surpases understanding" and pouring out living water to all those around you.
Sasha gets it. As a toddler momma, a serial entrepreneur, wife, and many more hats, selfcare is the last thing we busy moms think of. Let alone the pressure put on us by worldly culture to do ALL THE THINGS, piled on top of church culture asking us to pour out everything in service to everyone else around us. Goodness, it's no wonder that we're walking around overwhelmed, carrying a heavy burden we weren't meant to carry, burnt out, frustrated, exhausted, and just wanting a moment of peace and quiet.
It's time we stop listening to what the world and everyone else has to say about how we are to care for ourselves and instead turn to God in scripture, prayer, and use the tools Sasha is going to share in the Simple Biblical Selfcare Masterclass on April 2. In this Masterclass you're not just going to learn about biblical selfcare, but you're going to walk away with a selfcare plan that is built for YOU in alignment with scripture, & is actually DO-ABLE, and lastly you're going to establish routines that help you do some powerful, yet simple things for YOU momma! Because you and your family deserve the best version of you!

In this episode Sasha not only shares 6 Steps to Quickly Overcoming the Comparison Trap, but also a powerful story about a pastor that struggled with the comparison trap before God revealed to him a powerful testimony about comparison, and encouragement as to why it's silly to allow yourself to buy into the idea in the first place.
This is another Holy Spirit inspired and Scripture backed episode where God led Sasha through the battle and taught her along the way.
If you have ever personally struggled with comparison (if you're not shaking your head yes, you've got some issues with lying sister), then this episode is for you!

In this episode Sasha brings back her husband, Robert Robertson, as they share a tough, but necessary conversation about Christian Marriage.
Many wives/mothers know just how real the struggle can be day in and day out with all the responsibilities of motherhood and home. What makes it even more difficult is when they truly feel like they cannot ask for help from the one closest to them in life, their husbands. And worse, when they are shamed, belittled, or feel unloved and hurt by the responses they receive when asking for help.
Sasha & Robbie believe that marriage is 100/100, not 50/50. They share from their hearts about how important it is to strive to outdo one another in brotherly love and affection and honor in the home (Romans 12:10) and how husbands are called to LOVE their wives (Ephesians 5:25), not have them as slaves to home and family.
They share personal stories, scripture, and truth about how each member can break the gender roles in marriage and show up in their strengths to love and honor and serve their homes and families and marriage together.
If you're a husband/father wanting to talk more about this topic/share takeaways visit Robbie on FB: https://www.facebook.com/robert.robertson.9421
